Refund help
Hi so I had bought a month patron and the month expired. I had not wanted it to be recurring and it activated again this month. I tried contacting Trion but they are claim "they cannot find it in their systems" and to contact steam. What do I do? As far as im away there is no way to contact steam.

Well, check in the upper right corner of the Steam client
Manage Account
Account Details
Store & Purchase History
Manage Subscriptions
my guess would be that the sub. is still running in there, and you should start with canceling it in there.

Then contact Steam support through

i'd also check in there, make sure that there's no recurring sub. active in there either.

in case you want to create a ticket for this through Gamigo.

And keep in mind that they don't have to offer a refund, most subscriptions being sold through Steam are recurring ones, unless it's stated otherwise, and it's your job to cancel them before the next payment is due.

Anyway, i always cancel my subs right after buying them, it's better that way. And a lot of players are complaining in the reviews that they can only buy the 1-Month-Sub. here on Steam once, this is a strange one...

ive already done the other things except the steam support one. I cant find any options to contact steam through it. like when im at the sub purchase entry my options are "I cannot find the purchase in the game", "Help me fix gameplay or technical issues" and "I'd like to request a refund". The refund option just tell me to contact gamigo. The real kick in the nuts it that when the sub recurred it was on sale for like $3 yet it still charges me $16. I thought there was an option to not have it recurring and that I had checked it but whatever ig.

- it let's me create a Steam support ticket about it right there

Edit: Just tested it, asking if this purchase is a one-time thing or a recurring sub., got a ticket number, seems to be working, have to wait and see what they answer now...

Edit 2: Steam support reply came within an hour, direct link to the account sub. page, i guess when a sub. doesn't show up in there, it's not a recurring one, ticket closed.

Edit 3: I also checked in my Gamigo account, no date set for a next payment, looks like this was a one-time purchase.

Anyway, in your purchase history should be the entry for the 3$ sub. and a new one for the now 16$ (regular price i guess) sub., and in either one of them should be the
