At least it is not just me. I can slowly see the server list changing so they are doing something. But they are all locked still. Wait patiently is all we can do, I guess.... :)

Perhaps the temp agency hasn't yet sent over a technician to help them after things went awry yesterday. It's been nearly 24 hours now with no service.

Ugh. My shard has been locked for the last two days. I'm gonna miss my monthly login reward, ain't I? :/

As far as I remember they had a similar serverdown about a couple of month ago due to maintenance, but I don´t remember if it have been the EU or the NA server. Anyway at least the EU server are still running so I would say that we will get back online soon (enough). I actually don´t care if missing the monthly login rewards as long as my time spent for this game has not been for nothing...

Well, it looks like they know there's an actual issue with the US servers, to the point where once things get unborked we're getting something in return. I had access to the VERY FEW EU servers still left up, though, which was somewhat less surprising than finding out I had a character on one of them.
