Keyboard key mapping?

As I only gonna use my keyboard to play this game I really really want to know how to shoose my keys. As it is now Im using the arrow keys, space and controll key to drive and its to seperated to be used efficiently. First time I entered career mode I was able to shoose the AD combination but cant find it now. Please help.

f you press esc when in a session then press f6 you should get to the preferences section and from there you go to customise controls.
