Neon error when starting the game

When I want to start the game, the screen gives a black screen and an neon error(whatever it may be).

Texture allocation failure - infufficient video memory
Please ensure Display Adapter meets require minimum specification

Till now I've got it every time is start the game. I did some updates for the pc but it doesn't matter.

Pc system information:
Windows 7 home premium
Intel Core I7
6 GB RAM
64 bits

Have you tried removing Geoforce Experience if you have it installed? Also, try disabling any antivirus.
