Blank white page as Icon?

Can someone please help me with this problem?

You can find the Civ 3 Gold ic on in the game files. Left click on the icon, and then right click on 'Properties. Select 'Web Document', and then click the 'Change Icon' button. You can find the icon in the directory Steam\SteamApps\common\Sid Meier's Civilization III Complete\civ3PTW. Good luck, and good gaming.
