Cannot play the game - Error message

Hello everybody,
I just bought Civilization 3 on steam to play my favorite game ever but when trying to launch it I get an error message. I am really bad with computers so I have no clue what the issue is.
If any of you could help me that would be very nice !

I cannot figure how to insert my screenshots here, the error message I receive and the caracteristics of my computer, if somebody could tell me please that would be greatly appreciated lol.

You can press F12 yo make a screenshot with steam overlay, then upload and share
Still your problem probably is about rundll32:

You can also try the below set-up first and see if this solve the problem:

1. You first go into your game folder:
Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Sid Meier's Civilization III Complete\Conquests

2. open " conquests.ini "

3. Add words below and save .

Playintro=0

4. Right click " civ3conquest.exe " in the same folder, then " Preferences ", then " Compatibility " and click " Change high DPI settings " to open new tap .

5. Check the bottom, " Override high DPI scaling behavior. Scaling performed by: " and choose " Application ". Then click ok.
