Enable science leaders in civ edit scenario
In civ3conquestsedit.exe scenario properties, there doesn't appear to be an option to enable science leaders. I unchecked the default game rules and set my own. Then when I started my game, it alerted that science leaders were disabled. I could see the option was greyed out. Perhaps leaving default game rules checked in the scenario editor and selecting the rules I want to apply at the game's start would work around the problem, but I haven't tested this yet.

Perhaps this is a bug in version 1.03. Does anyone know if there is a newer version of the editor available somewhere?

Yes if you dont make default rules in the editor, you can choose them in the player setup, including the allow science leader.

The ability to enable science leaders through the editor was disabled with the latest patch for the editor. Older versions still allow it.
