Is it possible to load a multiplayer game?
I know it is in later civ titles, and the fact that it allows you to save a multiplayer game leads me to believe that it may be possible, but I haven't been able to figure out if it is.

Yeah. Under Game Mode in the Player Setup after Staging Window, you just hit Load Game instead of Scenario or Standard.
