civ 3 re download and edit
i have deleted my civ3 files and uninstalled it after failed attempts to find the edit file. now im struggling to find out how to re download civ 3 instead of running it from steam. any help on the re download and finding the civ3edit plz.

Well, I'm confused with what you want. While I type this, you are in civ3. If you truly uninstalled, then you just reinstall from steam. The Editor file lies in the civ3 root folder. Steam/steammaps/common/civ3/conquests.
