Nintendo Switch Pro Controller glitch?

I had my Nintendo Switch Pro controller plugged in to charge with no intent of using it, as I wanted to play with my keyboard & mouse. The menu bugged out, moving rapidly between the title screen & the menu. I couldn't select anything via keyboard, and closed the game. I suddenly earned a bunch of achievements including Finishing all levels with a S rating and unlocking all heads, which is definitely not true because I haven't even logged 20 minutes on the game. Has anything like this happened to anyone else?
