I cant get into the game!!

I try to open the game and it just says launching anarcute going on and off for like 15 minutes is there a way to fix this?

I can get to Tokyo level 2, Chisana, and when I pick up the first extra Rioter, I get CTD with access violation error. So I feel your pain.

I know you may have already tried this but....
Right click on the game, Click Properties, and under Local Files, choose "Verify Intefrity of Game Cache". If you are missing something that enables you to run the game, this will reaccquire it.

Otherwise, you might unistall and redownload, possibly from a different server, if the problem still persits.

Have tried verifying, uninstalling, reinstalling onto a different drive, etc. The only thing I haven't tried is downloading an illegitimate copy and installing that. Seems kinda stupid to do that when I already own it, but if I have to..

Verify, then use Task Manager to force stop the steam bootstrapper, update windows if you can, update steam if you can, now it SHOULD work

its 2020 and even i have this issue. was this ever fixed? would love to play it. ive looked online and tried every solution i could think of and it'll launch but the game will never actually open. it just sits in background processes running but doing nothing and never opening
