The game doesn't start

I've received a press key to review Spacejacked, but the game, after the installation trough Steam, doesn't start. Also Steam Client freeze and the game is still running. I cannot stop Spacejacked, so I do reboot my system.

I tried to unistall and reinstall the game, I've delete all the files in the common directory of Steam, but the game still not start.

My OS is Win 10, 8GB ram, Nvidia Gforce GT 520 MX , Intel i5 (is a Laptop)

I tried other games on Steam and they work without problems.

I've had recently the same problem with another game, Good Robot.
