Grinding in and questing in MMOs requires PvE otherwise how are people going to get stronger levels and gear? PvP doesn't serve that purpose--it doesnt make you stronger (maybe in certain other MMOs; this not being one). PvP is what you do WHEN you PvE'd to the point your comfortable with TO PvP.
There is PvP in Tao just fine. The difference in Yin is that it's uncontrolled and unmoderated in more areas. Meaning you may be forced (or even camped) to PvP when you just dont want to, not ready to, or clearly can't win.
PvP isnt everything. If thats what you play for thats awesome, but dont go thinking thats all there is and should be to MMOs because i have to say thats just foolish.
Finally someone who thinks like me! :D
