Storepage blocked in Germany (missing age rating)

Dear developers,

since November 15, 2024, german customers are no longer able to access store pages of games without a valid age rating.

To ensure that your games are visible to german customers and can be wishlisted or purchased, you need to complete Steam's built-in content survey.
This only takes a few minutes.

Important:
Be aware that the healthcheck in Steamworks is bugged and might show "All your games have the required rating entered" even when this is not the case.
You need to resubmit the content survey to create a rating for Germany.

Please also pay attention to DLC and demos. They have their own separate content surveys and also require ratings.

Unfortunately there is still a bit of a rights issue ongoing. While the developer has IP control again, they don't have full access to the Steam pages at present so the developer cannot update things until the rights over the Steam pages are fully settled and the dev can find the time to start changing and updating the pages (and submit any new ratings for the German market).

I don't even know if the dev has reached out to Valve for assistance.

Yeah, I did read about that in the other thread.
I'll just leave this thread here for when the dev is back on Steam.
