I didn't finish the game yet but i only needed the mouse, M and Space to get through it. In my experience the game is mainly about exploring the world but if you're still clueless about what to do the next paragraph should summarize the possible actions you can do in the game.

Click on Doors to open them and enter rooms. You can also click on certain items to collect them and drag and drop afterwards to use them. Inside rooms you can use M for a Map of the factory you're currently in. Space can be used after you collected your first tape.
