No sound besides opening cinematics.
Anyone have this problem? I'll start it up, there is literally NO NOISE AT ALL besides the Cinematics.

...There would not be any sound. its space, as in a vaccum, a void, without a proper atmosphere the moon is also subject to the dampening. if anything the cinematic had too much sound to it. now if they made the game First Person then it would make sense to hear things like breathing, O2 Monitors beeping, the occasional, opps i hit the wrench on my vizor, and of course hearing people over headset. I assume the designers of the game wanted to go for the sense of out of "Hardsuit" experiance with the sound. It makes sense.

I meant in the sense that i literally cannot hear anything else, like literally nothing. Not something to do with realism, with the damn game. Cinematic will play, which has sound. Then everything else in-game doesn't emit any noise at all, not even Text-to-speech(enabled and done in multi-player).
O.o the ♥♥♥♥. Okay well in this case run the game, then tab out to the desktop, right click on your little speaker icon in the toolbar, Then click on Mixer and make sure its not muted or turned down, sometimes third party games have that issue, if that does not help then idk what to tell ya.

I had this issue while using my Corsair Vengeance 2000 headset. I fixed this by right-clicking the volume icon in the taskbar, choosing Playback devices, highlight the sound device I am using (in my case, it was Speakers - Corsair VEngeance 2000 Headset), click Configure and changed it from 7.1 Surround to Stereo. After doing this, I fired the game up and had sound in the game as normal. This might work for you.
