DECtalk Paul SAPI file
I am searching for SAPI 4/5 voicefile of this iconic voice. There are complete TTS programs, but i want voicefile alone, in SAPI form.

I think DecTalk was not available as a SAPI TTS voice. Unfortunately. I've been looking for it as well and it really is a completely different engine on it's own. So the only thing you could do is getting a Demo of the original win3x version of DECTalk and use the commands that you can find in the guides. It works just fine. Only the engine's default volume is still too low.
