Is there a way to convert a midi to moonbase alpha code?

4 years late, but there is now! Here's a script that I created to generate DECtalk commands from MIDI files: https://github.com/Saghetti0/midi-to-dectalk

Some parts of it aren't working properly (notably pitch bends and timing) but it would work really well for more simple songs
