Could anyone please show me where to find a patch for making this game in Italian?

P.S. I know there is the one archieve.org but I really don't know how use those file...

Install game. Try to find ITA 1.1 patch (I didn't see anything except ENG, it probably not needed for localisations?). Then copy most of the files listed here:

Better use GOG version. And maybe combine differ localisations
