How to beat the Dark Eldar?

Can anyone here share the trick as to how to beat the Dark Eldar? I enter battle with 4 Wyches and it ends in 3 rounds. There is supposed to be reinforcement coming for me, but how do I get them to come? Thank you for answering.

You need to fight the Dreadnought and not kill it

I had few playthougths and got most achievments but still never seen chainsword and cant understand how to do "destroy herald" achievments. Any hint maybe?
Edit. Now i also fould all kind of enemies in game.
Edit 2. Only "herald of death" left

Hypothetically , you can do it with the "Master-Crafted Storm Bolter"

Wych = 8 wounds

4 wych's = 4x8 = 32 wounds

Bolter on CRIT = 4 wounds

With 3 Actions = 4x3 = 12 wounds

Over 3 rounds= 12x3 = 36 wounds

32 > 36

Killing 1.5 wych's per turn

However, @ 44% success rate per shot it is not recommended

I killed all 4 of them before the end of round 3

It is possible but, the reinforcements still come
