Why is support for this game non existent, Tekken 7 isn't even listed on support page anymore. I made a general ticket to Bandai Namco support asking where support is located. I got a reply of sorry we can't help you at this time. So a solid we dunno?

Why release a required patch, that introduced many gameplay breaking bugs, if there is no support anymore for the game?

What is wrong with this update i try to download it and after few seconds downloading is stopped then runs again and stops and over and over again

My Tekken worked fine, but now with this "update" just crashes everytime I want to play.
