usually the standard i10 punish is like 1,1,2 or 1,2 but it depends on your character, it could be very different.
you can just google t7 frame data and there's sites that gives you the frame data.
learning what your punish moves is one thing, learning what you CAN punish is another thing because you have to know basically all the moves characters can do. Some of em are very obvious that are punishable tho
