Report a translation problem
So just took that sabaki in the lab and here's what I got:
-It can be easily sidewalked to both sides.
-Can be punch parried if you didn't get sabaki'd, if you have a launching punch parry like Feng's and Fahkumram's, that's even better.
-Like you said, it can be beaten by knees and elbows (also lows and headbutts).
-Gigas and Jack thanks to their jab range can punish this move even with its pushback.
Also who do you main? That might be helpful.

I hv been jumping around a couple characters but ive been playing a lot of armor king recently. However, I am at those ranks where ppl can actually break throws so i dont attempt them much.
Edit: I just remembered armor king has df3 ch knee launcher. That sabaki is still a pain to deal with though, I hope they rework leroy for tekken 8
