Nah. Jin just saved Nina from Ogre's mind control and Nina worked for Jin a little in 6.(Which explains why in 7 she was ok to work for Heihachi instead)

She doesn't love Jin. Only Ling is in love with Jin.

Jin never liked Asuka.(In the canon he doesn't even know her and hasn't seen her at all)

As for Xiaoyu, Jin likes her as a friend rather than a love interest.(It's Xiaoyu that has a crush on him)
