There isn't really one, they are all made by volunteers nothing official.
And this update is still too new to have a proper analysis.
And this update is incomplete, there is another part to it so analysis is being delayed.

I'll pick Katarina over Anna anyday, Anna is just not fun, nor is her gameplan, and she's trying way too hard to give a stoner a boner, but fails every time.

I disagree. You can't spam 3333 or 44444. It only works low ranks. Her combos are not easy, you just need to run every time and you need to use harrier stances. Not easy auto combos like king or bryan
