TLDR: She's a no BS fundamental moveset char. Simple game plan. Easy to learn. Hard to master. If T8 is serious about folk learning the game well, then I think that Kazumi is one of the best female chars to make that happen.
-----------------------------------------
Long version: :P
Agree. She's an immortal. Resurrect her for T8. I don't think she's perfect, but I think she's good.
Simply bring T7 KAZUMI back as is. She is the quintessential training character for beginners. Yet also Arslan Ash (anyone) could win EVO with her before she was nerfed, and some pros still play her at the highest levels today. I know you all know this, already.
She was unpopular, for reasons, but mostly she was called boring to play against. Why?
Too fundamental?
Many spacing and punishment fundamentals can be learned from her as well as the meaning/learning of how to use pokes. Kazumi is a 'what you see is what you get' main, imo. She has a simple game plan. Easy to learn. Hard to master. She has very little cheese imo - scrub opinion. Kazumi could be a fantastic female main for 'the school of tekken'.
If you lose playing with Kazumi or against Kazumi it's due to skill. Not BS.
Kazumi lore-wise, has super powers, and is the only one who can really stand up to the Mishima men, those world dominating bastards! - lmao (all good). But I hope B.N. are not dismissive of what she adds to tekken 'schooling' since B.N seem serious in T8 about training systems and newbies learning proper tekken fundamentals.
Bring her back! :-)
I AM biased, of course. I like Kazumi's STRONG persona and fundamental play style.
*Except special guests, for obvious reasons.
true, true, what you say.
I weep for my arc-less Kazumi. :P
Eh, some chars are really difficult to see online, anyway. It's like people only focus on 10 or even less.
