Trying to extract game UI files

Alright, so I really wanted to get the Character Select UI elements, like the name text, the character icons, and the displaying of the characters themselves as PNGs, but I don't know how to.

I have looked through the game files and found some files in the format of uasset, which is for Unreal Engine. I though "ok, lemme download UE and import those files, and if they are the files I am looking for, I'll export them as PNGs"... Wrong!

Anyways, if y'all know how I can take the UI elements in the character select screen, I'll appreciate that, thanks!
