But the thing is, something as big as cross-platform play should be announced DURING E3 week not in the distant future prior to the launch date.
PS4 will always have players, but PC is the best choice for graphics and it's cheaper (by cheaper I mean I don't have to pay £40 for a year's PS+ membership, when I can just play on Steam for free).
In spite of all of this, I am most certainly not sure if I should go to the PS4 for the original playerbase, or stick with PC.
WWE 2K did a bad job for PC player-base containment, and so I'm hoping TEKKEN 7 will avoid this crisis.
Of course, cross platform play would nullify the platform choice a bit, but i doubt we'll see that here, i'm sticking with PC as it's my primary platform, i'm on it all the time already so having Tekken ready to go at any time sounds dreamy.
I'd still play it and do like what I did with WWE 2K16.
However TTT2 and Tekken revolution has the best online I have played yet for any game
Ill be getting this on PC and hoping for crossplay so I never have to buy a console this gen at all.
I am also salivating over the propect of playing a tekken game in 3dvision ...
If Namco is smart they will unify the community and have all versions crossplay with each other.
