Some men just love yelling at their hand for not doing a proper job
Jokes aside, he's still very popular, just not popular enough across all ranks to be in the top 10, and honestly, that's because he's not really a grapler anymore. At low ranks where people can't break throws, you'll see people use them, at high ranks it's a novelty as people can break them, so he's trying to roleplay another boring character and just fish for b1 and other Ch launchers, but at that point, why not play Bryan? He already does that and is better than King.
the list shows how i feel playing ranked....another kazuya (bryan, jin) huh?
I agree, high rank kings still use throws. Maybe he is meaning that they don't use them 24/7 like in lower ranks.
Just because one or two players do it doesn't suddenly make it the norm.
All King's I've faced that were 400k+ prowess weren't using throws except for Giant Swing or Shining Wizard, or an occasional grab to swap sides on break.
And honestly, who can blame them when he has so much ch that he's Steve with a mask?
I meant that they don't play King like a grapler, it's more like playing a ch type character with some more throws than usual.
Honestly, seeing more Armor Kings focusing on throws and chain throws than King. It's like their roles reversed.
