Nintendo Switch Pro Controller problem

So, I've recently bought a cheap bluetooth controller and it works on all of the games I play on steam except for Tekken 7. It worked at first but my controller suddenly died and had to recharge it, when I plugged it to the game again it didn't work anymore and I can't even go through the menu. Since then I've been stuck on keyboard controls. I checked the button mapping if it detected a controller and it did then I checked VS battle if it was just set to player 2 and it did nothing. Before I buy a wired controller can I have some answers about this? Is there any controller software I can use to fix the problem?

Topic is about a "Nintendo Switch Pro Controller" but then you said that you purchased a "cheap bluetooth controller".

A genuine "Nintendo Switch Pro Controller" looks quite easy to use with Steam or non-Steam games:

If your controller is just a cheap copy of a "Nintendo Switch Pro Controller", those kind of devices never last too long :(

My pro controller doesn't work on tekken 7. looking for a way to play with it

use controller configuration and set it up for TEKKEN 7 assigning it to the buttons you want it to use and have it emulate xbox/playstation mode.
