You're not giving the enemy a reason to duck, should try to incorporate crouch df4(low sweep from crouch move), that move is great, and the oki from it is savage, if they get up inmediately you can get a ff2 into a full juggle every time. Which makes them stay on the floor. And then you hit them in the floor anyway, so it's always more damage than just the move.
Situations where you can do it: after a db2, after landing a downjab, after landing a d4, or after blocking a non plus frame move that leaves you on crouch. And also just crouching and doing it sometimes. Then mix with mids to avoid being predictable too.
Also f4, you're not doing enough. It's plus frames on block and it serves to frustrate and annoy people into pressing buttons, then they get launched or counter hit. Also uf3, 4 or whatever is also plus on block.

And practice electrics, a lot. Heihachi without a good execution on EWGF and sidestep EWGF isn't as menacing.
That's one of the reasons I wouldn't play a Mishima, because it requires far too much practice to be really good at them on a gamepad. Maybe if Kazumi played like DJ I would, but her style doesn't appeal to me and I prefer to play waifus.
It's good that you learn to read the opponent, bait whiffs, block and punish, but eventually you'll have to get good at using pressure a lot, because that's one of Hei's strongest points.
Btw, your backdash is pretty good, better than mine but I don't practice it that much, if ever.
After watching, I can see on which stuff you might need to work with Heihachi(you may or may not take the advice because I would consider myself a scrub):
1. Electrics. Out of all the godfists you did, only 6 or 7 were electrics. They are just too good of a move to not master, especially if you have your opponent at the wall(Electric into df1 or another electric at the wall). And because most online players think it's safe to press a button after blocking a electric while thinking that you can't do the next one fast enough.
2. Run-ins. Instead of using the generic slash kick, I would go for ff2 or uf3,4 to catch people doing either inprecise side-steps or side-walking while getting a combo on hit.
3. Punch parry. After the season 2 buff to Raijin Stance, it is too good of a tool to not use, after finding out your opponents tendencies of course.
Movement is secondary in this case, as most players develop their movement by just playing the game while being aware of those concepts.
Truth be told... my greatest pleasure is punishing with Kazuya. I love his WS1,2. 1,1,2. B1,2. 🥰😍🥰😍
Gigas is a character for real men!!! No gimmics!
*Gigas uses his 50/50 Rage Drive*
*Opponent uses Rage Art*
*Gigas Dies*

You know we wouldn't really call you names if you switched. Switch to Big Nibba. It won't make you a traitor to the friendly meathead. He will probably even mumble out moans of support for you.
