How about simply providing a bundle so people can just pay the difference (with whatever applicable discount) for the content they don't have in either of these editions?

Game itself sucks in content, balance is garbage and now this.

Tekken devs have literally maggots eating inside their brain. Harada ego has been blown out of proportion.

I might get SC6 and never touch this game until they get their heads out of their butts and start fixing this game.

Game ratings now dropped to 60%. I have always said the game is not worth the price with the amount of content and patches needed to improve the game.

King of Fighters has few people online yet it has monthly patches to balance the game.

Im not blaming Bandai Namco, im blaming the Tekken Team. SC6 got everything right, a story mode, customization, and legacy characters and improvement. Every character looks strong and all of them are interesting. SC5 however was trash and they deserve the criticisms, Tekken 7 should be categorized together with SC5. I dont know how Tekken 7 can get a pass...Tekken 7, weak story, cliff hanging endings, and no character developement, Tekken 6 was the best in terms of content and character relationships..

Yeah, Soul Calibur 6 even has 2 story modes. Just the point is, Bandai Namco are still in charge, they can choose the direction of the marketing, like they have with the Tira Pre-order DLC. I won't be surprised if it ends up with 2+ season passes with the same number of purchase options as Tekken 7

They may be just incharge of the marketing and money department... but each director of the series are making design choices. Bandai Namco releases a lot of video games, each department working at different things and outsourcing some of their developement.

I mean yeah the marketing is trash, but almost every company is greedy these days, even Capcom is adding microtransactions in DMC5. I understand how you feel man, but if were gonna get ripped off, we should atleast get what we want right?
