Cannot get past Title Screen to menu

Ever since the Noctis update (maybe earlier I had not played in a while), I cannot play Tekken 7. Title screen and intro cinematic loads fine but the moment I try to get to the menu from the title screen the game just loads forever.

I've uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times as well as verified the game files multiple times. Anyone have any idea what I can do to fix this bug and be able to play the game?

I have the same error. I try many solutions and it isn't resolve. How to contact the steam staff. It's really bad.

I got the same issue here and I'm pretty sure it's because of Noctis update (I can play the game just fine before Noctis got released). I mean, I can play Noctis just fine on the day he's released, but after a few days or a week I should say, this issue of cannot get past the tittle screen just pops up out of no where.

Same problem here. I can't play Tekken 7 and it's so frustrating.

Same here. Apparently the fix is to update your graphics drivers and that's worked for some people but it hasn't helped me at all.
Disappointing too that the Tekken team haven't addressed this, either.

I update my graphics drivers yesterday and it works for a few games. Then when i restarted the game few hours later it didn´t work

I just purchased this game and wanted to start playing it for the first time, I load it up get past the intro and go thru the controller setup and then after that I get a black screen and nothing. Modern gaming sure is annoying, I remember putting Tekken 2 into the PSX and just playing the friggin thing.

Guys, I solve my black screen problem. There was an issue with my virus protector software. So I turned it off and it works.

The issue is resolved for a long time by now... but after not having played for a long time I don't want to anymore (just like what happened when Killer Instinct decided to not let me do netplay).
