Microsoft Visual C++ runtime error

I have owned this game for more than a year now. Everything was working fine until recently, where I can no longer start the game and it gives me the message: "The following components are required to run this program: Microsoft Visual C++ runtime error"

So far, I have tried:
- Downloaded the program Microsoft Visual 2015 redis (both x64 and x86)from the Microsoft website, and installed them
- Uninstalled all the old Microsoft Visual C++ redis that were previously installed on my computer
and so far, nothing has worked.

Other things to note:
-I'm on Windows 10
-This is my only game on Steam having this problem.

If anyone would be able to help, it would be appreciated!

Download only from 1st party like MS in this case.
