What exactly does Tekken 7 Ultimate include? Thinking about buying Tekken 7.

I found the ultimate edition for 22 dollars on G2A and was thinking about buying it but there's so much DLC, that I want to buy a version that has everything, dlc and all character packs, etc. I looked on steam and the Ultimate edition doesn't exactly tell exactly what DLCS im getting. I looked on reddit and other websites and they just say I get the season 2 and 3 pass. What exactly am I getting when I buy the ultimate edition? Do I get all the DLCs and character packs. Out of the the 24 dlcs listed for Tekken 7, what amount do I get when getting the ultimate edition?

Is it seasons pass 2 and 3? I thought it was just season pass 1 and 2. Regardless, if you get the ultimate edition, you won't have every DLC.
