Report a translation problem
Use counter hit launchers when you're plus, and it's generally a bad idea to press when you're like -8 or more.
Also don't go for moves with long startups when you're at range 0. Use them for wall pressure or when your opponent turtles up.
Dash blocking is also considered pressure. Anything that makes the opponent's back go closer to the wall is good.
Keepout beats rushdown.
Rushdown beats baiting.
Poking is done when your opponent is scared of pressing buttons, when you know they wont duck or when you can crush something with that.
It should never be predictable. Poking is done to get in free damage.
