Blocking high low mod
You can't launch punish in that state? but you can ws4? what if my ws4 is a launcher? I'm so confused lol..
In this case, I think the OP is asking if they should enter full crouch state when fuzzy guarding.
My opinion on that thought process is mostly string/move & matchup specific. It is normally good to enter full crouch to have more options and ensure a parry if that is what you are wanting to have available. There are issues with always going into FC however. One main issue is that opponents can easily read you if you go FC every time you try to OS or fuzzy guard.
Instant while standing (notation is normally iWS), is slightly different. This is normally used for juggles, custom strings or combos if a hit is confirmed by some of the cast.
Full crouch however can be cancelled with movement or a neutral or back input to allow for high/mid blocking in only a frame or two. It really depends on the situation, the character in use and the opponent and their tendencies.
I would need more information to answer correctly honestly. Utilizing option selects with fuzzy guarding should not always place you in a visible full crouch animation for long.

Phew my hand is burning, just tried to do that fuzzy thing to try and block lows and highs non-stop vs the cpu (not successful, and I bet my neighbors think I'm fapping..), I wonder if a script that do it frame perfect can block everything.
If it can block lows and highs at the same time isn't render mixups (the ones which you can't delay) useless ? (or in the Paul example the high comes faster then the low and thats why it works)
Like I mentioned above, it honestly depends on the character and situation. You cannot fuzzy every mixup.
