Deleted, apparently it was on there before, but now it's not anymore.

People were also saying this secret patch apparently killed off CreamAPI users. At first, you're given an error saying "Configuration file not found", then, after verifying the game cache, it'll prompt you to either redownload the missing DLC (read: buy both Season Passes) and restart the game or format the save file and start from the beginning. Sometimes it does let you launch the game, but not before locking the characters and their customizations; however, not all players have such luck.

With these update they banned a lot of cheaters. Fariborz should not be able to play ranked for a while although you can find him in quick matches.

Nah hes in ranked just fine. had to plug on him twice, and then forced to watch his twitch just so I could decline if I got him (since hes always in lobby)

he got a warning while he was playing after you quit. He did a weird face.
