I remember something like that I think.
Tekken 1. You'd mostly get 1,2 for quite a bit of damage, though. In 2, he had an unbreakable throw from CH Alley Kicks that OHKO'd.

tekken 5 jinpachi mishima, tekken 7 armor king, you can use infinite kicks when on the floor

t5 boss jinpachi no questions. Not a single character in tekken history can beat him from a gameplay perspective if he is not in cpu's braindead hands, otherwise king from t1-2 easily with infinite blockstun into unblockables
