Tekken 7 controller input issues. Help?

I recently built a custom arcade cabinet and decided to put Tekken 7 on it but whenever i press A on the controller it thinks I'm inputting both the X and A button. I have a similar issue with other buttons as well

It only does this with Tekken 7 for some reason and didn't do this on my main gaming PC when I tested the controller while I was building the cabinet.

Anyone know how to fix this?

I had same issue before.

2 possibilities.

1) Make sure "Windows Management Instrumentation" service is running.
The service seems required.

2) Corrupted or wrongly configured Input.ini file
Back up (important) and remove following file or remove device entries:
%LOCALAPPDATA%\TekkenGame\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor\Input.ini

Windows Management instrumentation is running and I tried deleting my input.ini. neither worked. I also tried copying my controller.vdf from pc to the cabinet but that didn't work either

If controller is XInput device, Steam Input can be disabled.
I'm not sure where else to check it.

Maybe better to check wiring is correct.
And test with other game as well.
DOA6 is free.

I'm not sure how much reliable, but following site shows controller input on brower.

Bought KOF 13 and that worked perfectly. Street Fighter 4 & 5 are also working great. Seems to just be Tekken 7.

That website shows the correct input.
