If so, try following.
1) Disable Steam Input
2) XINPUT/NS on most left switch
3) DPAD (instead of XY)
You can also check your controller with following site

Note: Select P1
Mayflash 300. Tried everything suggested. Still no change. Even the controller site you suggested showed that the directional inputs are as expected. Still the game thinks that the neutral position of the joystick is to the top left. No idea why Tekken is having trouble since KI and DBFZ both have no problems. I even reinstalled the game and there has been no change.
Your Input.ini file might get wrong while you were testing different mode.
I had the issue before and kind of common issue on Unreal Engine games.
C:\Users\{user_name}AppData\Local\TekkenGame\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor\Input.ini
I'd suggest copy to other place for back up, remove the file and start game to test.
The file should be recreated. It could be empty file for Xinput device and Steam Input is disabled.
As far as your computer can tell its a 6 axis motion controller kinda like a DualShock 3...so maybe its for games?
Sure. But why is it causing problems with other input devices, since the gamepad test sites are able to recognize that this a different device with separate input logic chain. I find it more concerning that the game is taking input from the mouse that is in neutral and conflicting with both of my other input devices.
My worry would be that if I dove into what was going on at a technical level I could cause a selective error. No problem for me since I play fighting games casually.
