In theory, the way to deal with this type of blockstun pressure is either:
Rapidly backdash to create space, since their nasty blockstun stuff tends to happen at range 1 or 0.
Look for opportunities to crush their strings with a duck or evasive option.
Sidestep out of the pressure.
Parry.
Power Crush.
Another option is to just stay cool and keep blocking. While it sucks to just sit there and be stunlocked in your guard, the reality is you're not taking any damage while its happening. The only things they can do to hurt you while you're blocking are throws (which you can tech), lows (which you can low parry or block), and unblockables (which are usually slow enough that you can interrupt them). As long as you are cognicent of those three options and stay cool you can just wait for them to do something risky, then punish them for it.
Of course, this is all just theory. It is much more difficult to actually put it into practice in a real match.
Anyway, it's all about pattern recognition, knowing what properties your opponent's move has, and anticipating what moves your opponent is going to use next (or as we call it, a "read.") Again, it's important to know what properties your opponent's move has and you can only know this by labbing or even youtube. Some moves that forces you on crouch might be a move that can be avoided easily by sidestepping, crouching, or counter hitting with a faster move. Or, as super cosmic said, backdash.
Oh and looking back at replays a plus too. Once you recognize what moves your opponent is using, you then need to find different options you can use to counter whatever moves your opponent was using.
Take king's alley kicks for example.
The first 3 moves are 3 low kicks and is punishable on block. The first low kick will hit you but you can still crouch block the second and third kick after that. If you recognized the first hit, your instinct would be to block the second and third hit and then punish him.
Here's a video guide example:

(Not my video.)
Np, it is a joke, i meant that u don't want to mash when in block stun. As someone earlier already said, blocking doesn't make u loose hp, so u can wait for ur opponent to fail, threw some unsafe moves and punish. But for any specific move there is a specific counter, i hated mishima's leg moves that make u crouch on block, i went to practice and looked what i could do. Appears u can either interrupt if they use it one after another with 11f or sidestep with up(but not against homing follow-up ofc).
Also there is an old video by aris, maybe will help

Aris never gets old. He just took the words out of my mouth.
Most people like to cheese before they learn how to defend. And they b*tch about chars being OP.
