If you need to get 1 or the other right now, my advice is get yakuza. Tekken 7, at the very least the base game, will 100% go on a massive sale during winter steam sale. Get tekken during the sale, you will at a minimum save 70%.

If you are fond of buying steam keys, on fanatical.com tekken 7 base game is being sold for 9,59 right now. Mind you that is a legit authorized reseller, no shady platform.

With Yakuza you basically want a PS4, as 3, 4, 5 and 6 are PS4 only.
If u don't have access to one, just go for Tekken.

If you have a PS4, can recommend Yakuza. Absolute masterpiece of a series.

Tekken 7 was an utter failure from the perspective of single player content and "fun" stuff to draw new players in. Or giving veterans things to do when they're salty from multiplayer.

I mean... Yakuza IS godlike...

I would recommend Yakuza series starting from Yakuza 0; and maybe get into Tekken when next installment is released. Of course depends if you're currently looking for a single player story experience brawler or a multiplayer online fighting game.
