Can you play Tekken with ps3 controller and how?

Hello i'm thinking of buying Tekken 7, and i was wondering if it works to play the game with an ps3 controller. Will it work? and how do i make it work if so

I recommend using bluetooth for DS3/4.

Those USB charge ports were not meant to be connected while playing and do wear out quickly.

You can use USB for ps3 controllers but it requires 3rd party software like SCPToolkit.
