insufficient free space
Since yesterday, whenever I start the game it makes me agree to the privacy policy and term of use again. When I finish selecting region and agreeing to those, it "You have insufficient free space. Your data could not be saved." and puts me back at the start of selecting region.

I tried verifying file cache and reinstalled the game. Still the same thing.

I have 214 GB free on D: drive which has tekken in it, and 89 GB free on the C: drive.

Anyone know how to fix it?

tried running the game as administrator? Or starting steam as administrator if you start the game from it?

It happened to me once, but it was enough to restart PC and it was ok... except all customizations were gone. Then i checked the forum, and i found someone with exact same problem. It turned out Bitdefender removed that file for some reason ( for me it was because it was apparently infected with Trojan (?) ).
It happened few weeks ago, and only once but i would recommend to back up your saves after few sessions, just to be sure you wont lose that much if something will happen again :JefLeppard:

Yeah they replied wanting receipt of purchase, where I bought it from and a load of other bs detials for the PS4 version even though I said it was on pc.
Didn't bother replying due to the problem sorting itself by the next time I tried to play it, after a few restarts.

I also had bitdefender but changed no settings and it worked the next time I used it

It's a long shot, but did you try to defrag the drive?

There was no solution. It happened to me short after i installed the game, so there was nothing to cry about ( i had only few customs saved back then ) so i just created new file and continued playing.

You can eventually take a look at atantivirus scan reports and check if you can recover that file ( if that's the issue ), but guy who figured out it's related to Bitdefender couldn't do that.

I didn't try to recover that file myself, because there was no point - i already had good save file, so there was no need to replace it with the old one

I saw the file that got deleted by BitDefender because it says there was a trojan in it, the file's name was customize1.sav so I guess thats because of one of the custom components ? Anyway I went to the file path and I saw a file called global1.sav so I tried to delete it and start again but it still doesnt work (the game creates the file when u finish the setup)
What do you mean by "I created new file" ? Did you reinstall the game ? Because I tried to create a new customize1.sav or a new global1.sav but the computer doesn't allow me to do it. Could you tell me how you did ? (I also just started playing so I dont really care if the data is erased, but if I need to reinstall it its going to be pretty annoying to wait 10 hours to DL the 38Go, + I don't even know if its going to work)

It was enough to restart pc and launch the game. After that everything was ok - global save was fine, everything unlocked, but customs were gone.
I could save new outfits without anny issues though and game worked fine.
No more problems so far.

This is happening to me, ive restarted program, restarted computer, redownloaded the game; nothing, Nada, zilch and zip. Has anyone here fixed this issue a legit way? My antivirus hasn't deleted anything or blocked anythgin....im highly perplexed by this error :((

I don't remember what I did when I fixed it, but it was my antivirus, bitdefender.
