Game can run on crappy PC?
So folks, i wanna bring Tekken 7 to either my campus communal PC or my own crappy laptop. I own a good desktop PC and it will surely run the game, but sadly i only really play fighting games with the folks on campus (we have a small community there).

The problem with that is that we only really have 2 options there, either we use the communal PC (which can run Street Fighter 4 on minimum settings) or use my laptop (Which is a i7, has 16gb of ram and has a 8850M Radeon GPU).

My laptop can run Street Fighter 5 and Mortal Kombat X with minimal hickups.

So, can it run Tekken 7? Does the game offer alot of graphical settings (that can be disabled

This is rather decisive for me, as i dont usually play fighting games by myself online, so i kinda need to know this!

Thanks for any help!

you have 2 hours in game to try it out and figure for yourself, that's a really specific setup with the 8850m gpu

Pretty sure you can run it.

The graphics options and effects all can be turned to low, and resolution to like 800x600 which will make the game probably run on a toaster if necessary. It will look quite blurry with that resolution and graphics settings, but I guess gameplay matters more here.

I run it with a laptop that has i5 and 6gb ram and stuff. And I don't even have to play with minimum graphics.

Hey! I play this game on my ASUS X555L. It's commonly known as the budget laptop. There are enough graphical options to make the game run smoothly. The game was originally made for the arcades which runs like PCs, so the game runs like a dream. The only thing I will say is the sound for the story mode staggers on my computer and every time I finish customizing my characters I have to restart the game or it will lag a lot. Other than those two it runs flawlessly.

I can run it at 1280x720p and lowest quality settings with these $hitty specs:
Intel Core i5 650 3,20ghz
Radeon HD 5570
6GB RAM

And still get 55-60 fps on all stages(using a few mods that improve performance on some stages).

i think it will run just make sure u can have 60 fps at all times even if u have to lower the settings
the game is gpu bound
thats if far from a crappy laptop way to far

I'm somehow (it's A MIRACLE) able to play tekken on i5-4200M 2,5 ghz, 8570M Radeon , with 6 GB Ram so it shouldn't be that bad as long as u go for minimal/low settings.

For good analogy, I feel that if u're able to run Overwatch or Street Fighter 5 at minimal settings then u should be somehow fine.

The biggest thing that takes FPS is rednering scaling really I suppose so if the detail quality chages don't do the job, it goes to that thing...
