Report a translation problem
The graphics options and effects all can be turned to low, and resolution to like 800x600 which will make the game probably run on a toaster if necessary. It will look quite blurry with that resolution and graphics settings, but I guess gameplay matters more here.
I run it with a laptop that has i5 and 6gb ram and stuff. And I don't even have to play with minimum graphics.
Intel Core i5 650 3,20ghz
Radeon HD 5570
6GB RAM
And still get 55-60 fps on all stages(using a few mods that improve performance on some stages).
the game is gpu bound
thats if far from a crappy laptop way to far
For good analogy, I feel that if u're able to run Overwatch or Street Fighter 5 at minimal settings then u should be somehow fine.
The biggest thing that takes FPS is rednering scaling really I suppose so if the detail quality chages don't do the job, it goes to that thing...
