How to manually patch exe using HEX-editor:
TEKKEN 7\TekkenGame\Binaries\Win64\TekkenGame-Win64-Shipping.exe

Black bars removing:
B8 0F 84 D0 01 00 00 F3 => B8 0F 85 D0 01 00 00 F3

And for FoV:
00 00 82 42 00 80 54 45 => 30 43 A2 42 00 80 54 45
