I used a Focusrite Scarlett 2i2 and a Behringer U-Phoria UMC22.
Take a look at that stuff , it might be using up more recources than you expected. Or maybe due to a bug it could be chugging recources.
If I think a program is causing lag I tend to put it into low priority, like for instance wall paper engine. If the game is at a higher priority it generally removes the issues for me.
wat, not sure about the behringer but the 2i2 should be fine. You checked the obvious stuff? Buffer, drivers and all that?
Just the regular driver, no special software or anything.
Somehow I cannot set priorities right now... If I remember correct I could do that in Task Manager rioght?
Got all the latest drivers installed, not sure what you mean by buffer though, sorry.
This might help, I can not be shure as I can't replicate your problem.
Sadly it couldn't fix my issue. But thanks for your help!
Funny enough, the FPS drops just got even worse.
I'm getting them on the menu as well and they happen every 2 to 4 seconds now. :D
Even the videos are stuittering.
Or perhaps something is wrong with your video card itself, hence why it can't seem to do anything right. I had this once too but instead of lags every 4 seconds my pc crashed every 3 minutes. Turned out a cirtuit burned trough in my gpu.
It's not happening anymore at the high rate all of a sudden.
Seems like the game decides by itself when it is doing that crap. :D
All my other games are working well, so I guess everything is fine on video card end.
The only thing that helps is playing without sound...
I don't think I can offer much more help without being able to replicate the problem on my end, and its going to be damn tough to fix something like this, it will require very detailed diagnosing to locate exectly what is causing it. And then you will still need to fix it.
So good luck with that.
The only thing you can try is routing the games sound directly to your speakers/headphones, there are different pieces of software then can help you do this.
did you tried any possible different sample rate and bit rate in your audio settings/sound driver to solve your problem?
Like for example:
16bit, 44100 Hz (CD Quality)
16bit, 48000 Hz (DVD Quality)
16bit, 96000 Hz (Studio Quality)
16bit, 192000 Hz (Studio Quality)
24bit, 44100 Hz (Studio Quality)
24bit, 48000 Hz (Studio Quality)
24bit, 96000 Hz (Studio Quality)
24bit, 192000 Hz (Studio Quality)
and so on.
Been thinking that as well, that's truly a weird thing.
Thanks for your help anyway mate, much apprechiated.
Hi, yes I tried that as well, sadly it also couldn't fix my issue. Thank you!
You can also submit this as a report to one of the developers,
Today one of the developers made a special topic about to report technical issues on Tekken 7.
The developer quote :"The purpose of this sub-forum is NOT to discuss the game, or its content. It is for us to know about the bugs you're experiencing so we can compile the information and send it to the development team properly.
Thank you for helping us help you!"
This link only works if you own the game so you must login to steam to make this link work.
