Majority of the cast have decent rushdown. Some are a bit more situational, such as wall pressure, okizime etc.
Pretty much this, but I disagree on Jin being the weakest, Kazuya is weaker when playing him as a rushdown char, most of his tools are made for punishing, Imo Jin is way more consistent than him when rushing someone.
But anyways, you kinda need solid wavedashing to pressure properly and open your opponent as a Mishima.
