To start things off, I'd suggest trying out the sample combos for Bob in practice. You can view all his moves and also pin the move you wanna practice to the top of the screen.
You can also watch the move being played out so as to get a feel for timing. Listen to the audio (beep, beep, beep) to get the rhythm down.
You can always Google Tekken 7 (insert character here) combos or moves etc. There a few decent pages/videos out there that will give you an idea.
Googling probably should've been the first thing to do anyway.
There's also a pinned thread in this forum that some guy has posted combos for each character.
Failing that, watch some tournaments with Bob players and see what they do.
1+2 is his armored belly atack.
UP Forward 1+2 is the best move you can use to puih whifs at a range.
3+4 back or forward is his roll.
Forward roll can be flowed up by ether a 3 slide Sweap that can then combo in to standup 22.
Or 2 or 1 for a mid atack that punshes the oponent for expecting another sweap.
3 is also a high atack dueing roll but i havent found a good use for it.
Take in mind these are jsut some of the tools to let you open up your opinent or punish unsafe moves.
You still have to lern his strings louchers mixups and jugles.
Take mind of his strings that witch betwen mid and low these are good for punishing turtlers.
